a wonderful getaway

great location tasty food clean spa s m a l l r o o m
I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the town center with many shops and restaurants. breakfast and dinner included tasty food that was beautifully presented. the spa was my favorite. It was clean and had great options. antonio, giving really good service and showing how great the eden team is.
the hotel standard room i booked was okay, but it lacked space. this could be improved with better room design. the pool's internal section seemed small for swimming laps.

The staff offered friendly service, always willing to help with any requests. They were very attentive. andrea in particular offered personalized assistance and were very good. the team ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience.

the hotel is just steps away from the city center, very convenient. finding the hotel was easy, and the free parking added value. it is near multiple winter outdoor activities and has free shuttle buses to skiing.

The hotel includes a heated indoor-outdoor pool which i found superb. the spa area is separated from the pool. It offers a quiet environment. the sauna area is separate to avoid water noise.

decent stay, with one odd incident

the room had a balcony with a view. it had large windows.
The door to the terrace was open on arrival. the next day a waiter demanded payment for opening it. It was a strange situation the reception didn't resolve.
